Hi, I’m Paige

I kept seeing the same pattern over and over. People would wake up at 3AM, exhausted, but unable to get back to sleep. They weren’t fully awake, but they weren’t asleep either, and most of the time, they had no idea what to do in that moment. That experience, more than anything else, is what led me here.

In my work as a nurse practitioner in a sleep clinic, I saw how common these middle-of-the-night wakeups were. Clinical care plays an important role, but it often focuses on diagnosis and long-term treatment. What many people were missing was something practical they could turn to when they were lying awake in the middle of the night, unsure how to settle their mind or body.

Rested Owl grew out of that gap. I wanted to create something that helps people understand what is happening in their sleep, while also giving them a way to respond in real time. Not through medications or endless supplements, but through guidance that works with the body rather than my it.

My approach is grounded in sleep science, but it is meant to feel usable and realistic. The goal is not perfection. It is to help you understand what is happening at 3AM and give you a clear, repeatable way to respond so you can return to sleep instead of staying stuck in that cycle.

This is about having something you can rely on when you need it most.

About Rested Owl Co

Rested Owl Co. was created for people who find themselves awake at 3AM, unsure how to get back to sleep.

You may feel tired, overwhelmed, or frustrated that your sleep does not feel the way it used to. You might be doing all the right things and still find yourself lying awake in the middle of the night, waiting for sleep to return. That moment can feel isolating, especially when there is no clear guidance for what to do next.

Much of the advice around sleep focuses on how to fall asleep or how to build better habits over time. While those things matter, they do not always address what is happening in the middle of the night. Rested Owl focuses on that specific experience, helping you understand why you are waking and how to respond in a way that supports your body rather than working against it.

The work here is grounded in a few core ideas. Rest is not just about sleep quantity, but about helping the body feel calm and supported. Change does not come from rigid rules or quick fixes, but from small, meaningful shifts that can be repeated over time. And most importantly, improvement starts with understanding what is actually happening in your system.

This is a place where sleep science is translated into something practical and approachable. You do not need to do everything at once, and you do not need to do it perfectly. You need a starting point, a way to make sense of what you are experiencing, and a path forward that feels realistic.

That is what Rested Owl is here to provide.
